Assure UK Boosts North Oxfordshire Team with Six New Appointments

Progress with Assure UK’s sister company; leading pension audit and assurance provider Assure UK has strengthened its North Oxfordshire team, with six new members of staff, as part of its ongoing strategy for future growth.

Grace Tayebwa, Manager

Grace will be managing and coordinating projects using an all-inclusive approach aimed at not only solving problems but also adding value and improving internal processes and controls.

Her experience includes evaluating and monitoring risk management, governance and control processes and reporting back to the Board, Committee or Trustees on whether the controls are effective in their design and operation and advising management on how to improve their systems and processes.

Jade Brooker, Associate Accountant

Jade supports the team with audit and assurance fieldwork. Jade is working towards her ACCA qualification, having successfully passed 3 exams. Jade has experience in the hospitality industry; she is able to communicate effectively and prides herself in ensuring clients receive the best possible service.

Ashley Freeman, Associate Accountant

Ashley assists the team with audit and assurance fieldwork. Ashley has experience in retail as well as working with the emergency services; thriving under pressure Ashely has the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise work accordingly.

Luke Bosch, Associate Accountant

Luke assists with audit and assurance fieldwork. He has worked at a distribution company; his main goal was to meet deadlines and ensure clients expectations were met.

Harriet Turner, Associate Accountant

Harriet will be managing the clients of our sister company Progress with Assure UK, focusing on cloud accounting. She already has her level 2 and 3 AAT qualification. Harriet has experience of managing large teams from previous roles in customer experience and retail services. She has also been responsible for forecasting sale, and budgets alongside scheduling payroll.

Olivia Bailey, Associate Accountant

Olivia assists with audit and assurance fieldwork. Olivia is a recent school leaver with 3 a-levels under her belt. She has experience working in the hospitality industry, in client-facing roles. Her main goal was to ensure client expectations are met, working to strict deadlines.

In announcing the new arrivals, founder Gareth Burton said: “I’m delighted to be able to announce these six appointments. They are an advocacy of the quality and experience of our existing team and are an important part of our continued expansion. We can now focus on delivering Assure UK’s next stage of growth and development and continue to roll out our cloud accounting services to meet the needs of our clients and help them reach compliance for the Making Tax Digital deadline next April.”

The appointments will boost performance at offices in Banbury and London and further support and enhance its increasing strength and depth across its bow of services in pension audit, assurance and cloud accounting.
